1} Crude Oil: 1M BBL TO 20M BBL
2} Automotive Gas Oil {AGO}: 200MT TO 20M MT
3} Aviation Fuel: 200MT TO 40M MT
4} DPK: 2OOMT TO 2M MT
5} PMS: 200MT TO 20M MT
6} Jet Fuel: 200MT TO 40M MT

MATERIAL STRENGTH: As a mandate to the ministry of Energy and Gas in Russia and Nigeria National Petroleum Corporation {NNPC}. We have right to left a product from any of refinery in Russia and Crude Oil Nigeria.

Being a CIF transaction: We do not receive any money until the product is delivered.

NOTE WE GIVE CREDIT UP TO ONE MONTH.

REFINERY PRODUCT PROCEDURE: CIF TTT/TTO
1} Buyer and seller execute {SPA}
2} Seller issue {POP}
3} Buyer issue Bank Letter of Credit {LC} to sellers bank indicating his willingness.
4} Seller Delivered and on TTO & TTT Seller issue ATB, buyer conduct Q&Q then TT0 or TTT
5} Fund is transferred to seller bank within 72 hours upon discharge and confirmations of Q&Q by buyer.

CRUDE OIL PROCEDURE TTO
1.Seller and Buyer sign SPA.
2.Buyer return the signed SPA with ATB format for Marine ATB,Tug boat details
3.Seller issue Marine ATB to Buyer Inspector and Supercargo and take Supercargo on board the loaded vessel in Nigerian waters.
4.Upon confirmation of Product, Buyer issue Bank Guarantee BG MT 760 to the Seller bank.
5.Vessel sail to Cotonou waters for Q&Q while Supercargo remain on board the vessel.
6.Buyer??? Inspector go on Board the loaded vessel in Cotonou waters for Q&Q.
7.Buyer within 72hrs after Q&Q and final result released successfully, buyer SWIFT payment into Seller??? and facilitators account
8.Seller releases all original documents of the vessel in Buyer's name.
9.Vessel sails to Buyer's discharge port.
